LYRICS:
Late at night I come around You give smiles and we get down I have longed to be you lover And you know it I never knew what I was in for I belong to you tonight The world is not around You picked up for love Oh don't roll me too tight It goes smooth with the Shiraz Sweat until the morning But you know I'll take off Later in the day Leave your skin so soft Sweat until the morning Sticking by my word Swearing I won't ever come back Unless you ask me, babe All the candles burning slow at night You come closer what a sight You don't say my name Keeping silent you take off with me Leaving earth so quietly I am yours to tame Anytime you want to come closer, star Every time you breathe, I breathe with you I can bring myself to where you are Yes I said I'm in All the Sweat until the morning But you know I'll take off Later in the day Leave your skin so soft Sweat until the morning Sticking by my word Swearing I won't ever come back Unless you ask me, babe Away from the distant light We dance for starry skies We wait 'til we hear the morning And that is when we fly Sweat until the morning But you know I'll take off Later in the day Leave your skin so soft Sweat until the morning Sticking by my word Swearing I won't ever come back Unless you ask me, babe |

Produced by Brian Higgins, the tracks flit between earthy, soulful pop and synth-tinged rock. It's got an extremely smooth vibe, courtesy of the slick beats, soulful synths and husky yet commanding vocals of its charismatic lead singer. It's tailor-made for kicking back and nodding along with over the warm summer months and possesses a genuinely feel-good quality that should help to get them noticed. 4/5 IndieLondon

Producers Xenomania are supposed to be the guiding hand of cool when it comes to such matters, so why are they responsible for the rebirth of, basically, Lighthouse Family? Metro

In an unusually leaden-footed move, Xenomania create their own boyband, but give them a queasy attempt at a rock ballad. As bad as Another Level. Hmm. 4/10 Digital Spy

(...) from looking at the list of remixes they have also made quite an impression in the right circles as far as dance and hip-hop goes as well.

Polarising isn't the word. Some seem to think newcomers Vagabond could be the biggest band in the world. Others - the sensible ones - won't go within a million miles of this over-produced, blue-eyed soul mess. Nasty. Wrexham Chronicle

Vagabond are hyped as mid-market, soulful, sexy pop – so they could be very big indeed.
This single slots somewhere between The Lighthouse Family and Simply Red, but with seamier lyrics, as the title suggests. (...)

We were totally taken by this track from UK five piece Vagabond from the very moment it began, and now after further investigation, we know precisely why. Behind it's soulful, divine melody is the production powerhouse of Xenomania. But this is not the Xenomania production we've come to know and love - this is no high-energy pOp number. It's a superb sonic journey from start to finish and wouldn't sound out of place on an album by the ilk of Rae & Christian or Nitin Sawhney. Combine it with frontman Alex Vargas' gravelling, soulful voice and you have something truly special. auspOp

'Sweat (Until The Morning)' (...) starts off pretending to be 'Unfinished Sympathy' then slides into a slick, orchestral funk sort of 'affair' which doesn't really sound very good on the first listen but ends up hitting the spot about halfway through the fourth spin. Popjustice

Multinational group Vagabond (Uruguay-Denmark-London-erm, Huddersfield) look set to score high with new single `Sweat (Until The Morning)` despite the original mix sounding like the Lighthouse Family making a comeback with a depressed Tina Turner on vocals. Culturedeluxe
